1. Who we are

OurCalendar (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a shared availability calendar service operated by Bulho Labs. We help groups coordinate schedules without requiring a sign-up.

2. Information we collect

Free users (no account)

  • Calendar name and member names you enter
  • Availability dates you or your group submit
  • A session cookie to identify you within a calendar session

Pro users (with account)

  • Email address (via Clerk authentication)
  • Billing information handled by Stripe — we never store card details
  • All data from the free tier above

3. How we use your information

  • To create and serve your shared calendars
  • To manage your subscription and billing (Pro users)
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (Pro users)
  • To improve the service using anonymised analytics

4. Data retention

Free calendars are automatically deleted 24 hours after creation.

Pro calendars are retained until you delete them or close your account.

You can delete all your calendars or your entire account at any time from your account settings.

5. Third-party services

  • Supabase — database hosting (EU West region)
  • Clerk — user authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — application hosting and analytics

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (cal_[id]_user) to remember which member you are within a calendar. This cookie contains no personal information and expires with your browser session. Pro accounts use additional cookies set by Clerk for authentication.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Request a copy of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify Pro users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
