1. Acceptance of terms

By using OurCalendar you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

OurCalendar is a shared availability calendar tool that allows groups of people to coordinate schedules. It is provided on a free tier (with limitations) and a paid Pro tier.

3. Free tier

  • Up to 5 members per calendar
  • Calendars automatically expire and are deleted after 24 hours
  • No password protection
  • No account required

4. Pro tier

The Pro tier is available for €5/month (recurring). Pro subscribers receive unlimited calendars, unlimited members, no expiry, password protection, and analytics.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the service
  • Use automated tools to create excessive numbers of calendars

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

The OurCalendar name, logo, and software are the property of Bulho Labs. You retain ownership of any content you submit (calendar names, member names, dates).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulho Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify Pro users of material changes by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
